Your group page and invite link are ready instantly, and the rooms are held for your group until your book-by date. No card needed.
- 4.Need more rooms? We'll ask the hotel for you
If your group grows, or the resort has given us fewer rooms than you need, one button on your group page sends the request to the hotel. We email you their answer, usually within a business day.

Everyone sees the same rooms, dates and price. Each guest picks a room and pays for it themselves, so you never carry the money. Rooms nobody books by the book-by date go back on general sale.
